These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the gelluv.co.uk website and your relationship with GELLUV. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for, or use, the gelluv.co.uk website.

By using gelluv.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

TRADE ONLY

GELLUV operates exclusively as a wholesaler, it does not sell directly to the General Public. It does not deal with Consumer Sales. All sales are strictly to the Trade only. By placing an order with GELLUV or through our distributors, Rand Rocket, you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the beauty trade and are for sale on a trade only basis. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.

You acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer, and so do not have any consumer rights.

You can Order Products in the following ways:

  • by telephoning us
  • by contacting and/or ordering through our distributors, Rand Rocket

When you place an Order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available you will be notified by email.

GELLUV may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Payment

Orders may be processed securely online, or payment made via bank transfer or cheque/ postal order.
To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be processed by PayPal or other third party payment processor we use. We do not hold, store or otherwise allow you to enter any credit card details on our website as of the latest update of these Terms & Conditions.
Your credit card company may carry out additional security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
All Order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your Order.

Price

The price for each Product on gelluv.co.uk is shown in UK sterling exclusive of VAT and postage. VAT and postage are calculated, added and shown before you confirm your order.

We always try to ensure that the prices shown on gelluv.co.uk are accurate, however, errors may occur. Should we discover an error in our displayed pricing of any Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details supplied by you. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.

Acceptance of your order

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Delivery and Charges

The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.
Most orders placed before 3.00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders placed after 3.00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. No orders are processed, dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Complaints

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive complaints procedure which means that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours either with a solution or with an expected time scale to put an end to the issue.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that we can get to the bottom of most queries quickly and easily over the phone. Availability of Products

We try to keep gelluv.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. All offers are available on a “while stocks last” basis. If we are unable to supply a product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

Products

As images of the products are not always accurate such as nail polish or Gel polish we would advise all our customers to research the product before ordering as we do not accept returns or exchange for colours not fully matching the images supplied by the manufacturer.

Availability of The GELLUV website.

We try and offer you the best service we can, however, we cannot guarantee all our products and services will meet your requirements and also cannot guarantee that gelluv.co.uk will be fault free. If you find a fault, please let us know by contacting us.

There may be times when your access to the gelluv.co.uk website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or other improvements.

Liability of gelluv.co.uk

The GELLUV website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on gelluv.co.uk we will try to correct them as soon as we can. In particular we are not liable to you for the following:

GELLUV is not involved in the manufacturing process of products and will not advise on their use or operation outside of the manufacturer’s guidelines. You are urged to use all products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

GELLUV may change or withdraw any part of gelluv.co.uk, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

GELLUV may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of gelluv.co.uk upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to GELLUV’s other rights.

GELLUV acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.
If GELLUV does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will, at GELLUV’s option, be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and GELLUV and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Since we are only aiming gelluv.co.uk at the UK market, we cannot guarantee compliance with local laws of any other countries. Use of GELLUV and these terms are subject to the laws of England & Wales and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns And Exchanges

Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, Products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. Products which are deemed to have been damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

When you return a Product to us:

  1. because you ordered it in error; we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within a reasonable time of the date you sent us back the Products, provided that the Products are in perfect resalable condition. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the cost of postage charged for sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  2. for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, or replaced, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the Products back to us by 1st class post, however, if you choose to send them via Recorded or Special Delivery the additional costs of that will be borne by you.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH

Standard Delivery Service (1 – 3 Days)

Orders placed before 3.00pm (Monday-Friday) subject to your payment being processed and stock availability, will normally be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 3.00pm, on Bank Holidays or Weekends will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Next WORKING Day Delivery- please note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.)

Orders must be placed by 1pm. Subject to your payment being processed and stock availability,  your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day for guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery. Orders placed after 1.00pm, on Bank Holidays or Weekends will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

No orders are processed or dispatched on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Our preferred carriers are Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, MyHermes. We may decide to use other carriers at our discretion.

All Standard Delivery consignments will be delivered to your specified ‘delivery’ address between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery consignments will be delivered Monday to Friday only, between the hours of 7am and 9pm (times may vary depending on delivery service provider).

Any Item not received must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of dispatch confirmation email. Claims for non receipt will not be accepted after this time.

To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service you will be required to be able to accept the goods when the courier attempts to deliver, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your order. If for any reason a delivery is not possible between the above hours, your order may be left with a neighbour or taken to the local depot of the delivery service provider. A card will be left for you giving location of parcel or further instructions.

Please note that during busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch and/or delivery of your order. Please check our homepage
