Returns and Exchanges
All goods received must be inspected on delivery and all discrepancies or claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made to us within 24 hours.
Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and are only accepted for goods that are deemed as faulty or damaged.
If products are faulty/damaged they must be returned to Nail Salon Supplies inc.
All items must be returned in original packaging where possible. All returned items will be inspected prior to refunds/replacements being issued. If no fault is found, the item will then be returned (postage cost to be met by customer) or in some circumstances at our discretion a refund will be offered. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the refund as a handling charge.
Any refunds offered are for goods only. Postage costs will not be refunded unless we decide otherwise.
Distance Selling Regulations Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- Returns will not be accepted if seals have been broke or product has been used, unless it is deemed faulty or unfit for purpose.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us will be accepted.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning in original packaging where possible.
- You are responsible for postage costs and items must be returned via a signed for/tracked service
